PRODUCT CARE

Our jewelry is a testament to exquisite craftsmanship. To ensure it retains its timeless beauty, we advise some easy steps and care. By following these simple guidelines, you can safeguard the radiance and magnificence of your invaluable treasures.

Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft cloth to clean your pieces and maintain their original luster while preventing fingerprints and marks. Our jewelry is rhodium/gold-plated and coated with a high-quality layer to extend its longevity.

Proper Storage: Store your silver jewelry in a resealable pouch when not in use. Over time, sterling silver may naturally tarnish, and gold-plated pieces can lose their color due to regular wear and tear.

Avoid Water Contact: Keep your jewelry dry and avoid prolonged contact with water, as it may harm the metal and reduce plating life.

Remove Before Activities: Prior to activities like washing hands, swimming, or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), it's advisable to remove your jewelry. Such exposure can compromise the metal and lead to discoloration or a loss of crystal brilliance.

Handle with Care: Avoid hard contact, such as knocking against objects, which could result in scratches or stone chipping.

Remember, PRATA: offers a re-plating service for all our products at a minimal charge. If you'd like to have your pieces cleaned or re-plated, reach out to us at jewelsbyprata@gmail.com. Your jewelry's upkeep ensures it shines brilliantly for years to come.
