Please note that the texture and color of gemstones may vary slightly between the photograph and reality. Rest assured, each of our products undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At PRATA: we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you happen to receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Please initiate the process within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
- Contact us at (+91) 7069990606 or via email at jewelsbyprata@gmail.com.
- Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after this 2-day period won't be eligible for exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES
- The product must remain in its original, unused condition.
- Keep the original tags and packaging intact.
- Provide a proof of purchase.
- Products showing signs of usage won't be eligible for returns.
- Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 10-12 working days.
- Customized and sale products are not eligible for exchange.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- Choose between exchanging your product for an item of equal or greater value.
- Opt for a credit note valid for 1 month from the date of issue, allowing you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.
40% LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY
- Enjoy the flexibility of upgrading or exchanging your jewelry at any time with PRATA's 40% lifetime exchange guarantee on all purchases made directly from us.
- Flexible Exchange Option: Exchange your PRATA: product in pristine condition for store credit, equivalent to 40% of the product’s billed amount. Note - Upon exchange if the product is in an acceptable condition then you receive store credit.
- Example: If you purchased a PRATA piece at an MRP of INR 10,000 and wish to exchange it, we will deduct only 60% of the purchase value (INR 6,000). This leaves you with 40% (INR 4,000) to purchase another piece. If the product was discounted, we will consider the billed amount at the time of purchase.
- Customized Pieces Consideration: For customized pieces, the exchange eligibility depends on whether the design aligns with our aesthetics. Each case is assessed individually for exchange consideration.
- Store Credit: Utilize your store credit immediately or within 30 days from the exchange. Your PRATA account will be credited with 50% of the invoiced value of the exchanged jewelry.

- We do not offer refunds on purchases made on PRATA: website or with any of our stockists.

The delivery time for your order will depend on your location as well as the availability of the product. Generally, it takes 10-15 business days for orders to arrive once they are processed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with delivery details that will include estimated delivery dates. We strive to provide the best service possible and are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
We strive to present the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colour display on your device's screen will be entirely precise. Electronic device monitors and screens differ. Additionally, some products may appear smaller or larger than their displayed image on the site. Therefore, we advise you to check the dimensions of the products provided before making any purchases.
