DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Domestic orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Please allow addresses in remote domestic areas one or more days for processing. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.
- If you have a specific delivery date, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Domestic shipping is complimentary for prepaid orders, while a ₹150 fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We offer worldwide delivery under a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) arrangement. Shipping charges for international orders are determined based on your country of purchase and will be calculated during the checkout process.
- Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website do not include any applicable import duties.
- As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for covering any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your residing country.
- To ensure the release of your order from customs upon arrival, these charges must be settled at the time of delivery.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
- You will be notified of the shipment tracking number(s) when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Please visit the courier partner website specified in the mail and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with delivery details that will include estimated delivery dates. We strive to present the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colour display on your device's screen will be entirely precise. Electronic device monitors and screens differ. Additionally, some products may appear smaller or larger than their displayed image on the site. Therefore, we advise you to check the dimensions of the products provided before making any purchases.
